2009 Housewares Design Awards Gala & Ceremony

The New York Marriott Marquis has hosted the Housewares Design Awards gala and awards ceremony each year since 2005.
With a 180-degree panorama of Manhattan’s bustling and glowing Times Square as a dramatic backdrop, the Marriott Marquis’s architecturally inspired 9th-floor Promenade is the perfect setting for viewing each of the competition’s 65 finalists in 13 awards categories.
The special exhibit of 2009 Housewares Design Awards finalists will be followed by a luncheon ceremony featuring the presentation of the Best in Category winners; the ‘Best of the Best’ Gold, Silver and Bronze winners; and the competition’s first-ever “Green House” award winners for environmentally responsive design innovation.
